What We Stand For
Montana faces real challenges: housing costs, government growth, and pressure on the families and communities that make this state what it is. Meeting those challenges requires leaders with clear principles and the discipline to follow through. These are the priorities we hold leaders to.
Conservative government is small government. Every dollar the state spends comes from a Montanan who earned it. We support leaders who limit government spending, reduce overreach, and keep the growth of government in check — so that the private economy, not the public sector, drives Montana's future.
Montana homes have become unaffordable, and too many families struggle to pay their property taxes. We support Governor Gianforte's historic property tax cut from the 2025 legislative session, which lowered taxes for 85% of Montanans. That relief must be protected and built upon. We back leaders who will keep Montanans in their homes rather than taxing them out.
Strong families are the foundation of strong communities, and safe communities are the foundation of a strong Montana. We support leaders who back our law enforcement officers, take public safety seriously, and defend the right of parents to raise their children according to their own values.
Families balance their budgets. Small businesses balance their budgets. The state should too. We support leaders who reject deficit spending, resist the temptation to grow programs faster than the economy that funds them, and leave Montana in better fiscal shape than they found it.
Good policy doesn't happen by accident. It requires leaders who show up, do the work, explain their votes, and answer to the people who sent them to Helena. We evaluate leaders on their record — not their promises — and we hold them to it.
